Like I told you before, you were born to do this, and like you, my favorite it fondant, but MMF because the other stuff is clay with sugar as far as I'm concerned. I will give you My MMF recipe, but honestly any MMF will do. Ingredients are marshamallows, water and powdered sugar and shortening to avoid things sticking to you hands and utensils. That fondant cake you made was spectacular and not crooked! There's nothing uglier that a crooked cake!!! or a cake where the fondant edge if wrinkled or uneven! I've seen many of those on cakes that have had the potential of being ok, but because of that are well, plain ugly. Continue practicing. Love you lots, my friend.
